Certain product ranges are available in selected delivery areas only and such information is given in the respective product pages. Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous (lilies, in particular, can be extremely toxic to cats), if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us.
تخضع جميع المنتجات للتوافر. في حالة وجود أي صعوبات في التوريد، فإننا نحتفظ بالحق في استبدالها بمنتج مكافئ من حيث القيمة والجودة، إذا لم يتوفر المنتج نفسه بعد إخطار تأكيد الطلب. في حالة عدم قدرتنا على توريد كل (المنتج أو أي منتج بديل لك على الإطلاق)، سنقوم بإخطارك في أقرب وقت ممكن وسنقوم برد المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل في موعد لا يتجاوز يوم أو يومين عمل بعد تاريخ التسليم المقصود أو تاريخ التواصل بشأنه، أيهما أبعد.

DELIVERY POLICY
All shipment and delivery will be done by road within UAE. All orders placed before 7pm UAE time would be delivered on the same day within UAE. Notifications would be sent on confirmation and delivery through email. We have a free delivery policy for all orders above AED 299. Please refer below charges for deliveries below AED 299:

CASH ON DELIVERY
For customers without access to a credit card or who prefer to pay with cash, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method from the UAE.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The utmost care and attention are given to your order to ensure your delivery perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our customer service staff are trained to respond to concerns and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot. We regret that you may not cancel an order once your order is shipped. You are entitled to cancel any payment where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances. In case the customers find anything wrong with the product, they can certainly complain about it. Our customer service staff will look into the matter and provide the appropriate solution to resolve the issue. If the customer cancels the order 1 day before the delivery date, he/she is entitled to get a full refund. The order can be cancelled anytime but the full refund will be entitled only if it is done 1 day before the delivery date. If a customer finds anything wrong with the quality of the product, we will verify it. In case, we find the same, the product will be replaced or the customer will be entitled a full reimbursement. Compensation will be given after discussing with the Company Management.
